We deliver all over Romania, with a transport company specialised in furniture. The shipping cost depends on the county and the volume of the order and is confirmed before delivery, together with the delivery day.
Sofa beds in stock at the supplier (marked “Delivery in 14 days”) arrive within 14 days at most from order confirmation. Made-to-order ones, in the size and fabric you choose, have a production and delivery time of up to 2 months. Kitchens are made to order, with the lead time confirmed in the quote.
Assembly is paid separately and agreed when the order is confirmed.
TBI Bank instalments are approved online, in a few steps, right at checkout: you choose "Instalments with TBI Bank", fill in the application and get the answer on the spot. Payment methods currently active: Bank transfer.
All products have a legal warranty of conformity of 2 years. For in-stock products you have 14 calendar days for withdrawal, in accordance with Return policy. Sofas made to order (size and fabric chosen by you) are personalised products and are an exception — we mark them clearly before you order.

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. You can pay in instalments through TBI Bank directly from the site, at checkout; approval is done online, in a few minutes.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer. The available methods appear at checkout; in the showroom you can also pay on the spot.
Can I return the product?
Yes, for in-stock products: you have 14 calendar days to withdraw, in accordance with the Return Policy. Products made to order, to your specifications (size, fabric), are customised and are an exception — we mark them clearly before you order.
Can I see the sofas before I order?
Of course. We're waiting for you in our Roman showroom, Strada Măgurei 611047, where you can see the assembled models and the real fabric palette. You can book an appointment straight from the site.
