The products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity. You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase of in-stock products, in accordance with the return policy.
All products have a legal warranty of conformity of 2 years. For in-stock products you have 14 calendar days for withdrawal, in accordance with Return policy. Sofas made to order (size and fabric chosen by you) are personalised products and are an exception — we mark them clearly before you order.
Having a problem with a product? Here is how we handle it
- Write to us by email or on WhatsApp, with your order number and a few photos.
- We confirm receipt and agree on the solution together: repair, replacement or return.
- We will keep you updated until it is resolved.
Made-to-order products
Kitchens and products made to your specifications (dimensions, finishes, colours) are customised and, by law, are not eligible for the right of withdrawal. We mark them clearly on the product page, before you order.
