Delivery

Depending on the type of product ordered, products purchased from the online store Casa Kendra can be delivered:

- with our own fleet

- by courier

For products with delivery by courier, the delivery fee to your house or apartment door will be communicated after the order is placed.

Deliveries are made exclusively within Romania, using the delivery method available and displayed for each product. For logistical reasons, orders containing bulky products or products that require assembly are delivered exclusively by our own fleet. Products of reduced size and volume are delivered by courier.

For products delivered by our own fleet, costs vary depending on the distance from the central warehouse  Casa Kendra up to the delivery address, as well as the total value of the ordered goods or the weight and volume of the products. For products delivered by courier, a flat delivery fee applies.

Products can be delivered within 5 working days to 10 working days from the date the order is confirmed, for products marked “Delivery from stock”. For products marked “Product available made to order”, delivery takes place within the time stated on the product page. This time may vary from one supplier to another.

Assembly

The specialists Casa Kendra are trained directly by our suppliers and partners in Italy, which ensures the highest possible standard of qualification in Romania. Casa Kendra has helped install thousands of pieces of furniture across the country, and the craftsmanship of our technicians is recognised everywhere.

Assembly is the final act in the journey of furniture from the most renowned Italian furniture makers to the space you are furnishing. That is why we assure you that in this experience the care will be 100% the assembly team's, so that the final joy is entirely yours.
