Can I return the product?
Yes, for in-stock products: you have 14 calendar days to withdraw, in accordance with the Return Policy. Products made to order, to your specifications (size, fabric), are customised and are an exception — we mark them clearly before you order.

Of course. We're waiting for you in our Roman showroom, Strada Măgurei 611047, where you can see the assembled models and the real fabric palette. You can book an appointment straight from the site.

What mattress does the bed have and how long is it?
Louvre has a 17 cm mattress — comfortable for regular sleeping. The open bed is 195 cm long and takes up 208 cm of depth in the room.
Can it be ordered with a chaise longue?
Louvre is made only as a straight version, without a chaise longue. You'll find the models with a reversible chaise longue and storage box in the collection, using the “With chaise longue and storage box” filter.
How long until I receive it?
Louvre has 3 combinations in stock at the supplier (3 seats, in the fabrics marked with a lightning bolt): delivery in 14 days. Any other size or fabric is made to order, in up to 2 months.
What fabrics is it available in?
In any of the more than 120 fabrics in the palette: chenille, microfibre velvet, bouclé, leather look, textured fabric. View the palette or pick them online and see them ready in the showroom.
Can it be returned?
Made-to-order sofas (size and fabric chosen by you) are personalised products and are not eligible for the right of withdrawal (art. 16, OUG 34/2014). In-stock combinations can be returned within 14 days. All come with a 2-year legal warranty of conformity.
