All questionsHow long until the sofa arrives?
Sofa beds in stock at the supplier (marked “Delivery in 14 days”, in the photographed fabrics) arrive within 14 days at most from order confirmation. Made-to-order ones, in the size and fabric you choose, have a production and delivery time of up to 2 months. Kitchens are made to order, and the lead time is confirmed in the quote.
How much does shipping cost?
We deliver all over Romania, with a transport company specialised in furniture. The cost depends on the county and the volume of the order; we confirm it before delivery, together with the delivery day.
Is assembly included?
Assembly is paid separately and agreed when the order is confirmed, depending on the product and location. Sofa beds arrive ready to use; the team can unpack and position them.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. You can pay in instalments through TBI Bank directly from the site, at checkout; approval is done online, in a few minutes.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer. The available methods appear at checkout; in the showroom you can also pay on the spot.
Can I return the product?
Yes, for in-stock products: you have 14 calendar days to withdraw, in accordance with the Return Policy. Products made to order, to your specifications (size, fabric), are customised and are an exception — we mark them clearly before you order.
Can I see the sofas before I order?
Of course. We're waiting for you in our Roman showroom, Strada Măgurei 611047, where you can see the assembled models and the real fabric palette. You can book an appointment straight from the site.
